It's also time for the Greenwich annual market sponsored by the Greenwich Botanical Center, a non-profit that provides outreach programs to the community.

The market, held on Saturday, May 6 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the center located at 130 Bible St., Cos Cob, features a variety of vendors offering everything from native plants to horticultural accessories to organic food products.

The organizers invite visitors to have a picnic ( you can get food from the food truck) on the grounds, shop till you drop, and make a difference in your community.

Note: There is no on-site parking available. A shuttle will run from Cos Cob Elementary School parking lot all day. You can also park on a nearby street and walk.
